"Unfortunately we could not make the trip as my wife’s mum was taken into hospital. It was the night before are stay so could not get a refund. I did contact the hotel directly to see if there was a chance of a new date just in case. I did get a nice email from Amanda to confirm we could not . But did offer next time in Aberdeen they would look after us . Thanks again to Amanda. "
