The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. As one of the more expensive hotels, I would have expected a bit more.

So the building itself is a nice and clean place to stay - the staff on the other hand aren’t exactly great - the room I stayed in a suite wasn’t much bigger than a normal room in any other hotel - very over priced for what it is actually worth - staff ( cleaning staff ) rushing me in the morning even tho check out was not till 12 noon - by asking me at 11:20 am when I would be leaving - there wasn’t even a sign or a door sign that I could use to say do not disturb in my room - even when complaining about this - the general body language of the staff member at reception seemed like he didn’t care - won’t be staying again and certainly wasn’t worth 250 pound a night

The moment you step into the Hotel you’re greeted with a warm welcome. They were able to accommodate an earlier check-in. The room was exactly as expected. Only con was there are no spoons to stir your tea/coffee, problem solved used the measuring spoons I found in a drawer!

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Easily walkable to dozens of restaurants. Parking was a pain but that wont apply to everyone. Important to note that navigation units take you to the wrong unloading zone.

Pros Very friendly staff, fast checkin, complimentary breakfast that was fine. Comfortable room. Conts Pretty hard to find coming driving. Had to checkin before getting the car to the garage, no place to park meanwhile. Not one bottle of water complimentary. Had to pay for it.

Spent over an hour to find the Hotel, called hotel numerous times, no answer, 2 young children in the car, Sofa bed mattress was paper thin, 4 ended up in double bed, breakfast was poor had to ask for extras only sausages, scrambled egg and fatty bacon, would not stay here again.
