Very outdated, rooms were big, but bare and old. Pool and hot tube were very grimy. Our little kids thought is was great, but we will definitely look elsewhere next time

Place is run down! No pool no hot tub. No lounge or restaurant. Everything was out of order. Shower curtain was disgusting, the furniture in the room was falling apart. For the price of the room and quality of the hotel is absurd. Should be at most $50 a night.

The staff are trying their darndest to keep this resort open but Ocean Shores is gradually dying, the dining room and bar have been closed for quite some time. Other properties in and around seemed to be on their last legs. Felt quite sad as this was always our favorite getaway. I think the first night we were the only ones staying at the resort

Web lists restaurant and lounge.Both closed. Web lists coffee in room. No coffee. Front desk stated coffee had not been supplied by ' corporate' in a while. No shower curtain in bath. Suite for 2-3 people. 1 coffee cup .1 drinking glass. No bedding for sofa bed. Room was clean and king bed very comfortable. One other guest confirmed similar conditions in their rooms.

The pictures/website are misleading. After you book your stay, you’ll receive an email saying the lounge and restaurant are closed. Room keys didn’t work. Maintenance kindly fixed the issue but still inconvenient considering the price.

No coffee in the room. No restaurant. No service in the room. Manger and staff are great. Head quarters has no money to buy normal items for the room. Spent three days there still waiting on delivery of the small things that goo with a room. I fear thay head quaters will have this Inn go as the other's have. What a shame.

The hotel shows that it has a restaurant and lounge but has been closed for years. Lots of the list’s amenities were not available such as the fire place in the room that was just a light up piece of plastic behind a fireplace screen . Would not recommend to a friend

The staff was not welcoming. Items In the description that say are provided were not provided in the rooms. There was leftover hairs from previous occupants in the bedroom, shower. the fire alarm lwent off at 12:30am . No one followed policy ie, headcount. It was a very disappointing stay and felt unsafe.

I was moved here when the location I had booked had a fire. I'd stayed here once before five years ago and hadn't liked it. It was even worse now. Everything is old and worn out. Although I think they do actually clean stuff, everything is so old that it doesn't look clean. The hallways were kind of gross during this stay. There was a lot of dirt on the carpets and it didn't get vacuumed until my last day. It was so unpleasant that I left early.

We moved to this location from another property and was pleased. Room was dated but in good condition and large. Pool was nice, staff was really pleasant. Sad the restaurant is not open but hopefully will return. Covid affected alot of business this way sadly. I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, warm and a good view of ocean . Small coffee pot, but no coffee pods( they just ran out), no coffee cups, no stir sticks. No coffee in lobby or hospitality area. No daily housekeeping. If you need fresh towels or anything else just throw it out in the hall. Strange walking down halls at 8pm and there are dishes, towels and sheets laying in hallways. Restaurant and lounge closed. (that was not known at time of the reservation).

Very dirty. Building is in ppor condition overall. Just walking through the main lobby tiles creak and pop as you walk over them, sounded like i was gonna fall through the floor. The room was dirty and had mystery stains on the carpet. The shower had mildew stains all over. The towels for the shower i made the mistake of not looking at before using to dry my face. It smelled horrible. I pulled it away from my face and looked at it. The towel had brown stains all over.
