"The room was just average and clean enough. The beds weren't super comfortable and It wasn't great that the family room was right above the bus depo so you could hear people late into the night. The location is great for events in city center or a shopping trip. The highlight to our trip was the lady cleaning our room who went above and beyond to make our young daughter feel welcome. "The hotel is quite basic and the lift does not work. The other residents were a bit noisy but for £25 a night it was fine. Good shower and decent TV and a comfy bed."

"Hotel was great, helpful friendly staff. I just objected to getting a £5 per night charge for parking my car in the car park. The hotel is quite remote so no other way of getting there. At least be up front and tell people about the charge before they book the room!"

"Good hotel, reasonable price & central location. Rooms clean & comfortable. Only small issue was the hotel was quite busy with people checking in & only one person working so had to wait a bit to get served a drink. No big deal though and would stay again. "

"Stayed in this hotel a few times and have never had a problem. Rooms are lovely and the complimentary breakfast is very nice. Only issue I had was as our room was in the 4th floor it was very warm for me. It's for ne in the room with the central air on but I found myself sweating just walking from the room to the lift, I'll perhaps request a lower floor next time we stay here. "
