"Nicely decorated and equipped. The rooms bely the common areas. Sadly there was no breakfast available but there's plenty of options in the city, which is a 15m walk. The tv in my room didn't work and as I had to leave early due to a family issue, I forgot to tell the owners (it's room 22 if you're reading this!). Didn't bother me as the room was not used much other than to sleep. Bed was a little bit lumpy and pillows hard but i slept well. Secure parking which was important for my trip....

Upon arrival, I was confused about which property I would be staying in, but after opening the doors and reading the signs posted inside, it’s very straightforward. "We had an amazing place, everything was just perfect. The room was huge, bed very comfortable, hot shower, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, all you need to be happy. The breakfast was delicious. Close distance to the town, Raglan Castle, Puzzlewood, Tintern Abbey and other local attractions. Highly recommended place to stay either for short or longer break. If we ever visit the area again, we'll definitely choose the The Church Farm. "

"Our room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. "For the price, it is decent place to stay. Right next to city centre and a large park. I got the studio apartment, it gets quite warm in there when I visit. The extractor fan isn't quite strong enough to cool the room. The bathroom is tidy enough but the drain was blocked so shower tray fills up with water and when I arrived the face towel supplied are lying on the wet floor... "
