At this intimate, adults-only site 15 minutes’ drive south of Aberystwyth, in the Llanfarian area, you shall stay in elegant shepherd’s huts with cosy touches such as underfloor heating and a woodburning stove (with an initial complimentary supply of wood and kindling; more can be purchased on site).

A welcome pack includes all you need for a refreshing brew (tea and coffee, plus a few extra treats); you can also buy a breakfast hamper to prepare your own full English in the well-equipped kitchen. If you’re here for a romantic break, why not arrange for a bottle of bubbly upon arrival? You can sip it in the stargazing bath for the ultimate experience à deux, before retiring to your hut where a wool mattress and luxury bed linen await.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, the whole set up from booking, arrival, checkout is flawless. The information pack sent was really easy to understand, facilities for a shepherds hut are like a 5star hotel. Really well designed, you have a decent kitchen area with space to prep some food and everything you need is in the hut bathroom/shower is super nice, hot hot water and amazing pressure! Attention to detail was perfect, little treat for the dog on arrival, firewood. Space for the dog to run around in an enclosed area. Onsite shop with local produce. If you're looking for a relaxing stay not far from Aber, just book now you won't be disappointed!

Me, my fiancé and our little chihuahua went away for 3 nights here and it is such an amazing place, we only went for 2 nights but we wanted to stay another night as we loved it so much there! Shaun and sarah are really lovely people, so friendly. We have never felt so comfortable anywhere else, we are definitely going to be taking another trip down there in the summer!❤️
