Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to change our reservation from a king bed to two beds. We were told that since we booked it through Expedia, they would not be able to accommodate this change. I did pay extra for cancellation insurance, but it expired the day before. I typically don't change my reservation, and was willing to pay any difference. Just something to think about when you are booking your hotel stay. Money lost!

The room was comfy but too close to an apartment complex, dog poo lying all over in the nearby parking area. The dishwasher didn't work in the room. The hair shampoo/conditioner in the showers not filled. Breakfast was mediocre but the staff was very accommodating, despite the hotel's offerings. For being less than a year old, the upkeep seems to be lacking.

Everything about this property was overall great! The bed was a little harder then I prefer and the coffee in the lobby was way too weak but everything else was great! Room was clean, felt safe, and staff was friendly. The breakfast was great!

Overall good experience. Room was nice and clean. Only thing was the bed. It was SO uncomfortable. Neck and are still hurting. Also, the waffles are undercooked even after leaving it for recommended time and trying it 1 minute past the recommended time. Pool was nice. Kids loved the changing lights at night inside the pool.
