Lovely hotel, poor service at the front desk save for Roxanne. There are excessive wait times for check in, the self check-in kiosks were reported to be problematic as well. There was no staff available to provide information at check out as well. Take note, Paris only provides complimentary Wi-Fi for just two devices in this day and age. This was also problematic, because as soon as one device was connected, the system told me that my device limit was met. Also, different staff members will give you different information about their late check out options. The human element is sorely lacking at Paris Las Vegas.

"The property was a little run down. It was in a very isolate area so a car is a must. The house next door was in the middle of refurbishment so quite a lot of banging throughout the day and they also has a few dogs that barked quite a lot. There was only a 2 ring hob so it was quite difficult to ..."
