"I stayed at this hotel for one night and wow, what a great experience! The stay was super comfortable, and the staff were so cheerful and helpful, it felt like they genuinely cared. The room was spacious and spotless, which was a big plus for me, and the breakfast is delicious! I don't want to forget the beautiful beach nearby and the seaview from my room. I can’t recommend this place enough! I will definitely come back whenever I visit Alexandria. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"Stayed in an economy single. Not much space, dated, but sufficiently clean, bed was comfortable, hot water worked well. I would put it on par with a private room at a hostel. Not much in the immediate area, but also not that far from a lot of stuff. There’s a little shop almost directly across the street for snacks and water, guy was fair, not trying to scam you (about 10 EGP for a 1.5L water). I walked from the train station, and then to all the major tourist sites. "

"Excellent location to stay in Alexandria. Close to everything. Walked to both the Fish Market and the Alexandria Library. Breakfasts were great each morning and the staff was very attentive. Manager and staff all very nice. Enjoyed Montys Bar with entertainment on the first floor. Two women at Concierge were very helpful Nagham and Nesma.
