"Fantastic hotel and the main thing that makes me feel it’s fantastic is the staff, they remembered me from my last stay and any problem or concern I had they would help me and attend to me straight away! It’s the little things that matter and the customer service there is excellent! A special thank you to Ashok from the bell service, I hadn’t even got out of the taxi and he saw me and remembered me from my last stay there! On my stay it was a shame they had construction going on as it was quite noisy but when that will be finished it’s one of the best hotels in AUH! I will be back soon! "Comfortable rooms with plenty of space, much larger than we expected. We had an adjoining room with our two teenage children. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was really useful. Breakfast had a really good selection to cater for every taste. "

"Really helpful staff, some of the politest and most helpful in the UAE. Good convenient facilities and with the breakfast pre-booked great value for money. Breakfast had a lot of options and all really nice. We had an apartment room so came with a washing machine and ideal for a family stay. Conveniently located out of down town with easy links to major roads or major shopping malls, main mosque etc. Would use again and recommend. "
