REALLY LOVELY - ALMOST PERFECT!

Really lovely hotel and the service was exceptional. I have to make special mention of Jamaica at check-in who was absolutely lovely. The hotel is in a fantastic area close to so many things and it's a very safe area. My only disliking was the windows could not be opened even in a smoking room! I will definitely be back!

REALLY LOVED IT...AGAIN!

A lovely stay....again! I had stated here 2 months earlier and it was lovely so I was happy to stay here again. Rooms are nicely appointed and the hotel is close to everything with lots to do in the immediate vicinity.

I have stayed with the Tryp hotel many times over the last 2-3 years when visiting Abu Dhabi and have always found this hotel to represent great value for money, a perfect walkable location and well presented. The staff always provide exceptional service and the recent upgrade of the 1st Floor All-day dining restaurant makes the whole experience even better. The unique good thing is the location

The hotel is outdated, nothing like the pictures. The staff is incredible rude, the only person that saves is the night concierge who is attentive but everyone else is a nightmare in this hotel and will make you regret staying there. Better stay in the Le Meridien just in front or somewhere else
