"Great location with easy access to the Dead Sea. The wait staff at the pool and dining area were top notch and working their butts off, but they were obviously understaffed. The rooms were a little outdated but clean. The restaurants were good, but again understaffed as we had to wait for two servers to take care of the entire dining room. Great spot for families, but it didn’t have all the luxuries that I expect from a 5 star hotel. "

Only gripe is the lack of onsite parking so had to pay externally every time. And the carpark nearby that has an arrangement (20% discount for guests) closes at 11pm so if you miss that deadline you have to go elsewhere without discount. "
