"I really liked it The only thing is that unlike other apartments I’ve stayed at, the Lennox did not have anyone to help you with your bags during check in and check out So if the person you booked with isn’t there to meet you face to face (which was the case for me), then you may have to carry your own bags For the cost, I didn’t expect this to be the case, but it was. It wasn’t a great inconvenience which is why I still gave 4 stars but I would consider that before booking next time...

"The apartment is new, clean, and well kept. The location is perfect. Near Accra Mall and bus stations. There is free parking, free Wi-Fi and other amenities in the room. BUT customer service is VERY POOR. We waited for about 1.5 hours before we could check in. The front desk staff told us that the apartments are individually owned, so they can't help us unless we give the room number (which wasn’t communicated to us on the booking site). After several calls to the owner, they finally were able...
