"The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything. "

"Great location, reception staff super friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them. Rooms are pretty small, air conditioning unit was poor, didn’t really have an impact and was cooler to sleep with the balcony door open! Rooms were not hugely soundproof. Housekeeping was a bit poor. Had to keep going down to reception for things the housekeeping didn’t top up e.g. milk, shower gel, even toilet paper!"

"We enjoyed a fantastic couple of nights at Hotel L’Eautel Toulon Port. We loved the overall nautical theme of the hotel and found all the staff to be helpful and courteous. Our large family room was spacious, clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Our teenage children really enjoyed the rooftop pool which was fun! We has breakfast in the hotel which was absolutely delicious - there was everything you could ask for all so fresh and plentiful....

"Very nice stay. Since the property didnt hv lift and the staff saw us with heavy luggages ,they kindly upgraded us to the Trefle room on the ground floor. The room is very spacious and cozy. Will be staying again next when we are around the area"

"I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. "What we did not like: Bathroom has nowhere to hang wet towels and bathrobes, we can see the hooks behind the door were removed; the toilet needs a good scrub, colored stains can be seen near the bottom of the bowl - probably water stain? What we liked - the room is very spacious, the bed linens are clean and very comfortable, we also liked the soft pillows. We were able to rest very well. And we also appreciate the very gracious and friendly staff."

"Could have been the perfect stay, but there was a massive flaw. If you go to a hotel and stay overnight, you expect to be able to sleep, right? That’s the thing you go for. Wrong! This otherwise charming hotel with lovely friendly staff and a nice vibe currently has a serious technical issue that will prevent you sleeping. There’s an extremely loud mechanical hum and vibrations from the heating system in the roof. ALL NIGHT. And all day; so you can’t even have an afternoon nap. It’s worse on 2nd...
