"Der Ort ist urig und ist irgendwie charmant, nur die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. Der Müll von den Vorgängern war nich geleert und die Matratzen waren teils nur noch Schaumstoff ohne jeden Überzug. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass sich niemand um die Wohnung kümmert, was schade ist. "

Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und naturnah, aber dennoch nah genug am Stadtzentrum, um Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Obwohl wir auf Grund des Wetters die Außenanlage samt Schwimmteich nicht täglich nutzen konnten, genossen wir die detailreich ausgestattete Gartenanlage. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen. "

"Die Wohnung war mehrheitlich Sauber und man hatte alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt da( im Legoland). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte am Ende dann gut und das Check-In verlief problemlos und völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist einfach zu finden und es hat uns gefallen. "

"Frau Fötsch ist eine unglaubliche Frau!! Immer freundlich und kompetent. Sehr hilfsbereit und immer für Fragen offen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Diese Wohnung ist mit allem drum und dran ausgestattet. Wir sind viel gereist. Jedoch noch nie eine Fewo so gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es nur fünf Sterne. Denn eigentlich hätte Frau Fötsch sechs verdient."
