Bright waterfront apartment with breathtaking views. From the spacious balcony that runs almost all around the apartment, guests enjoy the wide blue sea as well as Mount Etna, and its shows of lava and smoke.

The apartment is located on the third and last floor (without elevator) of a building right on the promenade of the quiet village of Stazzo. Halfway between Catania and Taormina, Casa Nettuno is ideal for families and friends who want to explore the East side of Sicily and come back to a quiet home where to continue enjoying the natural beauty that this island has to offer.

Restaurants and little shops are all within walking distance. From the lava rocks just below the house you can plunge directly into the sea. In summer (July and August) wooden stairs are built on the lava rocks in order to facilitate the access to the water.

The apartment has 2 comfortable double bedrooms and a spacious living area, all with access to the panoramic balcony. There is also a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is furnished with lounge chairs, umbrella and a table where to enjoy a scenic breakfasts.

For the fish lovers, 1 km away is another village, called Pozzillo, with a small, authentic harbour where fishermen still daily pull up their colourful boats onto the black lava beach. In its square there is a small woodshed where you can buy fresh fish early in the morning.

Fantastisch
Prachtig appartement. Het terras maakt het fantastisch, waar je de zee en de Etna kunt zien. Centraal gelegen tussen Cantania, de Etna en Taormina. De eigenaren stonden bij aankomst ons op te wachten. Ze zijn zeer aardig en hulpvaardig. Er is overigens ook een Lavazza espresso (soort van nespresso) apparaat in het appartement aanwezig, waar je heerlijke koffie mee kunt zetten.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Stazzo ist ein netter kleiner Weiler mit einem guten Fisch-/Pizzarestaurant und einer Bar am Hafen. Der Blick vom Balkon auf Meer und Ätna ist traumhaft Der Supermarkt im Ort deckt viele Bedürfnisse ab. Die Spüle in einem separaten Zimmer fanden wir sehr praktisch. Damit sind Küche/Wohnraum schnell aufgeräumt. Maria, die Vermieterin ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Der Austausch mit Ihr war sehr nett.

Un séjour de rêve
Très bonne qualité de nos échanges avec nos hôtes avant notre arrivée (notamment envoi d'un document contenant des informations très utiles pour notre séjour) et à la remise des clés (accueil souriant). De plus, ils avaient prévu des petites spécialités à notre attention, délicieuses... Appartement propre, calme, très spacieux avec un balcon filant suffisamment large pour y déjeuner, avec une vue extraordinaire, pratiquement à 360° : sur mer et sur l'Etna. Bercés par les vagues. Quel ravissement ! Facilités de parking. Il est très facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue en bas de l'immeuble. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Encore merci à nos hôtes chaleureux.

Tolle Aussicht ist nicht alles
Wohnung sehr sauber, starker Geruch von Desinfektionsmitteln, Vermieter freundlich, Matratzen schlecht, kein Spülbecken in der Küche, sondern reduziert im Nebenraum, 3. Stock, wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Stazzo, immer Auto erforderlich, lange Fahrzeiten durch sehr schlechte Straßen und enorm viel Verkehr. Kaum Spaziergänge o.ä. vor Ort möglich....

Location parfaite. Très bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Maria et Franco nous ont très bien accueillis et conseillés sur les adresses locales. Herrliche Ferienwohnung mit genialem Rundumblick
Sehr nette Vermieter! Trotz unserer 3 Stunden Verspätung bei Ankunft, haben sie abends auf uns gewartet und uns super nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist ein Traum! Man hat eine grandiose Aussicht auf den Ätna, eine super Sicht auf die Dörfer und natürlich eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

very spacious apartment with all necessities available. Most warm welcome by Maria and Franco with most friendly and clear information for our stay. There were even local sweets and fresh fruit on arrival and a small gift on departure. most recommendable! appartement très spacieux avec toutes les nécessités disponibles. Un accueil très chaleureux par Maria et Franco avec les informations les plus amicales et claires pour notre séjour. Il y avait même des friandises locales et des fruits frais à l'arrivée et un petit cadeau au départ. A recommandé!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Wir wurden pünktlich und sehr nett von Sarah begrüßt. Die Übergabe war sehr nett und wir wurden mit Obst und einem Begrüßungsgeschenk verwöhnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig angelegt. Der Balkon ist riesig und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Zur einen Seite kann man den Vukan Ätna sehen und zur anderen Seite das Meer. Zum Abschied bekamen wir noch ein Geschenk und sind wirklich mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Auch der Kontakt zu Nina (Abwicklung der Formalitäten) war immer schnell und sehr nett. Prachtig groot appartement met spectaculaire vergezichten!
Een prachtige woning met grote kamers, zeer wel equipped en zeer aardige eigenaren. Het balkon loopt om het hele appartement heen. Aan de voorzijde zit je 10 meter van de zee met magnifiek uitzicht, aan de achterkant kijk je op de Etna. Het appartement is van alles voorzien, zeer schoon en de eigenaren hebben voor alles gezorgd. Er ligt fruit, lekker koekjes, heerlijk gebak, koffie, water, etc. Je voelt je er meteen thuis ! Een aanrader voor een ieder die van deze mooie streek in Italië houdt.
