"When we arranged we found the room was filthy with old food all over the counter, the floor was covered in sand and the toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned. I went to the office and told them, so they sent a girl over who had a filthy dirty bucket of water that looked like she was using to clean floors with, and she used the same dirty rag to wipe the toilet down and wipe the kitchen counter off. The fridge and stove were discussing, they looked like they hadn't ever been cleaned, the matress...

"While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves."

"Max was nice. However the place needs some basic maintenance. The noise starts at 7 am and it’s very loud! The towels are really old, the breakfast is the same every day displaying very dry eggs (even if the restaurant isn’t busy they can’t accommodate freshly make eggs), often we had to ask for silverware and other basics, the covers were smelling, we threw them on the floor and ask to be cleaned but when we come back to the room they weren’t clean and they were back (dirty) in our beds.
