Welcoming, friendly staff. Immaculately clean. Great breakfast buffet.
The terrace which looks over a park is a lovely, peaceful place for breakfast or a drink in the evening. Close to bus and metro and local bars and restaurants.
The hotel seems to have been an older people's care home so grab rails in the bathroom and in the corridors, and very high toilets. The bathroom configuration was very weird - had to put feet in shower cubicle when sitting on toilet.
The bed was very firm which was fine for me but may not suit others.

The hotel is fantastic and had a lovely stay! However, my only criticism would be as a vegetarian, there were no options on the menu for lunch or dinner especially. I think for a four stay hotel there should be more food options for those who are gluten free and vegetarian. But the rooms are lovely and the hotel is also very quiet at night despite being on a busy road.
