"The place is unacceptable. This is the first time Hotels.com has misled me. The photos are fakes or were made so long ago they are essentially fakes. We had two rooms. One had spiders finishing webs in the bathroom doorway and a heating unit that was smashed in and covered with tape and plaster. The second had a busted toilet lid, a large, sticky spill on the floor, and ants crawling through the beds and spill. No towels. Filthy sinks and tubs. We left rather than stay.
