"Staff and service were excellent. Our stay was during the holiday season so it was noisy into the night. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to St Mary’s Cathedral, King John’s Castle and two very nice museums all within walking distance "

A robe in the guest room would be nice to skip the dress/undress/dress at the SPA. "
