"Host was very accommodating however the property description doesn't match reality. Cooking was via a shared barbecue, washing up needed to be done in the bathroom vanity and the restaurant was closed. Most meals required a 20 minute drive to Nairne...or slightly further to Mt Barker. It would be OK for an overnight stay or weekend if you wanted to travel around the Adelaide Hills. Longer stays are very difficult."

"Couldn’t lock outside gates. No instruction on how to change spa tap to shower head. Apart from that all good."

"The cutest little cottage that had personality and charm and made us feel like we were on holidays. We really loved being able to light the fire each night and snuggle up on the comfy couches. The backyard was also a gorgeous space with lots of seating options, our one year loved exploring (and eating fresh cherry tomatoes from the veggie patch!) We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook if we were holidaying in the area again! Thank you to the lovely hosts."

"The moment we opened the door the cottage had embraced us both, we felt welcomed and relaxed. This amazing 1860 cottage has been beautifully renovated with rustic features and gorgeous timber furniture throughout. The open fireplace was very romantic along with the fair lights covering the ceil which felt special. The view of its garden was simply amazing. "The house was located centrally in Glenelg with access to all amenities in very short walking distance, including the tram service. The bathroom hand basin was blocked and useless. The kitchen TV was unreliable but apart from these issues there were no other problems."

"Lovely little property with a lovely garden. Bit steep for my 87yr old Mum to wander. Very comfortable and a great place to just unwind, relax or finish that pair of socks you are knitting. Great area if you want to check out the wineries or go for some lovely drives. "
