Unfortunately the couch was stained, doona also. Some of the cutlery hadn't been cleaned and there was a bad smell. I hope they can improve housekeeping. It seemed like they had not checked the room properly. The air-conditioning looked like it hadn't been serviced for a long time and was not working properly. The staff were nice and we were only there for one night but it was a disappointing stay.

I liked that you provided us enough towels, plates, bowls and kitchenware. You should provide a cleaning bowl and chopping board. Please provide a good size of Doonas, too small and thin to share for two people.

The building is very nice and new. I booked the apartment so I could cook my own food for my health needs. The kitchen had crappy pots and pans. Old, stained and ugly. The kitchen needs more utensils and pots and new pots and pans for those who want to cook. There's only one AC in the loungeroom. No AC in the bedrooms.

We arrived early as my daughter in law had had an accident and was on crutches, the reception staff were very accommodating and let us check in early and changed our car park to right out the front. I was annoyed that the website advertised that there was an onsite restaurant but it had actually closed down. This is one of the reasons i selected the hotel because i was travelling on my own.
