Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the property. Our room smelt of smoke. We approached the property manager and asked to cancel but we’re not permitted to do so for the first night without a refund. We change rooms. The bed was not comfortable. The building very tired. A cockroach was in our room in the morning. we were on the 11th floor. Ultimately with the help of Expedia, we were able to receive a refund for the second night.

The upper floor ocean room balcony views are awsome, bed is comfy, room was quite and clean, its a great location with onsite parking at a reasonable rate and now they have on site managment to do check in.. everything was good if you dont mind an oldish building.. much better than a motel

We arrived at 2.30 for check in. The room wasn't ready and we were told via intercom that it wouldn't be ready until 3.15 or so. Quite poor as everyone knows check in is 2 pm. When we finally got into the room, though clean enough, no tea or coffee provisions had been left. Very poor level of service.

Do not go here!!! Confirmed my booking by phone call 2 weeks before arriving. Upon arrival, we got our room key and went into our room. Keep in mind i confirmed 1 room for 2 adults and 1 child. We walked in amd there was only 1 bed. I called thwm and said we have the wrong room and they basically said "not our problem, youll have to call the agency you booked through" by this time i am already distraught, in tears, tired because i had travelles from melbourne that day and had a very tired 4 year old. My mym then calles amd said that it was confirmed with the hotel and the least they could do is provide a stretcher bed or cot for my child to sleep in. After threatening to leave the hotel and demand a refund they miraculously had a spare room which is exactly what we wanted. While our issue was resolved the room itself was subpar. Shower had no pressure, no insulation so i could hear the other guests and bed were horrible. Never coming here again and i strongly urge you not to go!!! No reception means no staff means they dont care! The person i was on the phone to was incredibly rude and said it was my fault for not booking directly with them even though i confirmed 2 weeks prior
