Our modern, comfortable, double-storey house is situated in a quiet side street with fresh air and plenty of sunlight, but within a short walking distance from Playford Alive Shopping Centre (Woolworths/BWS, beauty salons, chemist, restaurants and different fast-food joints) and a lovely playground for children.
Offering 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and a separate living space including a private garden this self-contained house has all the features and comforts for 6-7 adults or 2 couples and 2-3 kids.

• Washing machine and laundry facilities.
• BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture.
• There is a Manual containing general House Information, as well as 3 other folders containing useful details such as nearby places of interest, public transport, entertainment, dining/take away and emergency contacts. For Guests visiting from overseas we have also prepared a folder with general information about Australia.
Other things to note
This is a DOUBLE-storey house, the 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower are all located upstairs (16 stairs) therefore it is NOT suitable for Guests with mobility issues!
Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)!

Playford Alive Shopping Centre is just 5 min walk away, with Woolworths, a library, a gym and a spacious, modern playground for kids, as well as KFC, McDonald's, Hungry Jacks, Oporto, OTR (24/7 petrol station), Gyros, Indian and Asian cuisine.
If you prefer to browse around in a larger shopping centre, Munno Para Shopping City is 10 min drive (3,4 km), Elizabeth City Centre is about 15 min drive (6 km) away.
Historical Gawler with heaps of cafes, restaurants and shopping is just 15 min drive from the house.
You can reach the world-famous Barossa wine-producing area (Tanunda, Seppeltsfield, Angaston, Nuriootpa) with its cellar-doors, foody-tours, markets, helicopter or hot-air balloon ride, Discovery Park, Whispering Wall, etc. in only 25 min drive.
Clare Valley wine-region (Auburn, Clare, Mintaro, Sevenhill) is a bit further away, about 75 min drive.
Adelaide CBD with its museums, festivals, Central Market, bars and restaurants, as well as shopping is reachable also by public transport via Elisabeth Interchange or Smithfield Train Station, or a 30 min drive.
