The positive was only a couple of minutes walk to the Casino and about 9 minutes to the Oval and 7 minutes to The Mall. I had to walk for ages to my room which was at the back of the hotel at least the room though very small was very clean.

Too expensive for what was offered.
Visiting Adelaide for a huge event at Adelaide oval & couldn't buy a coffee or anything from restaurant when we return as was closed. Not enough tea, coffee etc in rooms especially when restaurant is closed. Bathroom was far too small & no extras except for sml soap & shampoo. Not even a bottle of water. Carpark acceptable but still quite a distance to walk with cases etc down North Terrace.

Very long way from front desk. Very small room and facillities. STAIRS not good for my knees.No air con -warm in room. TV very hard for second person to watch. Staff were very helpful. Car parking very narrow.

The staff when checking iin were wonderful and the location is nice and central. It should be made known that if you are travelling with a lot of luggage or have mobility challenges that once exiting the elevator it is a hike to the room. This hike includes a staircase which came as an unwelcome surprise. It would have been appreciated if I was made aware of this or there was someone to help move the luggage, I recently had knee surgery and was traveling with 70kg of luggage (samples for work).

Rude staff member (male) at 'VIP check in' counter. My card key didn't work, TWICE. Also, there are two hotels using the same reception/entrance, so Ibis guests must walk through long corridors hoping not to get lost in the labyrinth.
