Welcome to our home! A recently renovated townhouse in a fantastic, quiet and safe location. Walking distance to the beach, shops and tram. Beautifully decorated and homely the townhouse offers a private secure courtyard, fully equipped kitchen, converted garage (games room / cinema) with toys to keep the little ones entertained, luxury comfortable bedding and all the mod cons to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Suitable for families, couples, business travellers & pets.

The Property -
Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing!
Our home boasts 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a Queen bed and is very large so we can set up a cot if required. It also has a small balcony with sunrise views over the Adelaide Hills. The second bedroom can be set up as 2 single beds or a king bed Both Bedrooms have electric shutters for complete blackout and the most amazing sleep. We provide all linen.

The spacious light filled lounge room is super comfortable all year round. It also now boasts a new koala queen lounge / sofa bed. Relax and watch a movie on our smart tv.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious meal. Tea and coffee and other necessities are all provided. We have an open pantry policy so please help yourself.

Our private and secure courtyard is the perfect place to have a drink and cook up on the bbq. There are twinkling fairy lights which transform the space at night into something pretty magical.

The kids will fall in love with the converted garage space which has been transformed into a play space and cinema! Simply wind down the screen, plug in your laptop and sit back in a beanbag to relax or push the kids on the swing or let them play with a basket full of toys....entertaining them is a cinch!

We are located in the very middle of Somerton Park & Glenelg East which are two of Adelaide’s hottest suburbs. It’s in a very beautiful & quiet residential neighbourhood which gives it a resort style feel. You can walk or cycle (we supply free bikes) to the many amazing beaches at Brighton, Somerton Park and Glenelg. Plenty of amazing cafes, bars, restaurants, within short walk to The Broadway. Glenelg Jetty Rd is nearby (10 min walk) and so is the tram to connect you to the city. Any questions regarding the area please ask?

Getting around is very easy with so much within walking distances. We also have amazing bikes you can borrow. The tram stop at Glenelg east is a 10 minute walk away. A great location, close to Glenelg and the beach. Parking was a bit of a problem as the unit is one of many, so had to park on the street. Hosts were quick to respond whenever we contacted them.

A lovely townhouse with everything you could need for a comfortable stay in a fabulous location.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The townhouse was very comfortable and our hosts had thought of everything. We also appreciated being able to stay with our dogs. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Previous reviews are accurate and very helpful. Very clean, as pictured 2 story unit. Great if you can't bring much stuff with you as it has everything you can think of and a bit more! It was great to walk in put the bags down and everything was there ready for us. Jules was attentive and very helpful. Hidden gem in Somerton Park
My two dogs and I stayed in this beautifully renovated townhouse for almost 10 weeks over the January-March timeframe. This townhouse felt like home from the moment I arrived till the time I left. The downstairs living area was very spacious, and the kitchen and laundry well stocked for anything required. The upstairs master bedroom is large and bright, and the bed is very comfy. All rooms were clean and the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were all top quality. The location of the townhouse is perfect for those that want to access nearby cafes and pubs on Broadway or Partridge St, and is in walking distance (~15mins) to the beach. Although the neighboring townhouses are close-by, there is a strong sense of community and friendliness from those that live there permanently. Although my landcruiser 200 series was not able to fit in the small sized garage, there are two visitor bays (off-street parking) available for cars of all sizes! I recommend a stay at this apartment for singles, couples, or a couple with 1-2 small kiddos. The fact that such a beautiful place is pet friendly makes this place a great one to stay. Rob and Jules were amazing hosts. Quick to respond and keen to provide suggestions and help if needed. I’d love to stay again should I return to SA!

Lovely townhouse in fantastic location
We rented this property for 10 weeks while we waited for our house to be completed. and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. Great location, beautifully furnished light filled townhouse with everything you needed to hand. The beach is just a short stroll away with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Rob and Jules are wonderful hosts. The communication from the time we booked to the day we left the property was really fantastic. They were were so very kind, thoughtful and understanding. They were always prompt in replying if we had any issues or queries , and went above and beyond to help us. Rob and Jules , we really enjoyed our long stay in your lovely property and you were an absolute pleasure to deal with , thank you so much

Rob & Jules communications were outstanding, their beautiful little town house was suburb, everything you need is all there. We were surprised to even see milk in the fridge, a loaf of bread, plenty of pantry staples on our arrival, as well as complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates & chips. It was such a lovely place, super clean, comfortable and truly wonderful, highly recommend this place & look forward to visiting again one day.

An amazing property and great stay.
We had a great time at Rob and Jules place. Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable and homely. We really appreciated the little welcome pack after arriving late with kids it was nice not to have to find a shop.. The location is great - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We rode the bikes that were available to us most places which was fun! Thanks Rob and Jules we wish we didn’t have to go home but we will be back!

5 Stars for an Amazing Townhouse
WOW, this place was AMAZING! Where do I start. Rob and Jules were great hosts. Super responsive and friendly and from the minute we opened the front door we were blown away with how modern, stylish and light the townhouse was. It’s really spacious and the styling made it look like the cover of a magazine. We had beautiful weather so took full advantage of the bikes by riding to the beach every day with our two and five year olds and if you've got younger kids, they also had baby and toddler seats for the bikes. The kids loved playing on the scooters and there was so many other toys for them to play with. Their favourite bit of the house was definitely the rumpus/cinema room (which has inspired us to try converting our own garage) and our favourite part was sitting outside with a wine under the fairy lights once they were safely tucked up in bed. The townhouse was also so nice and clean - it really did look as good in real life as it does in the pictures. In terms of amenities, the beds were super comfy and the local restaurants and pubs were so close by. Special mention and thank you to Rob & Jules for being incredible hosts. This place ticks all the boxes so we have just booked to come back in April for Easter.
