This two-storey 3 bedroom penthouse in the iconic seaside hub of Glenelg boasts 270-degree views and a sky-high luxury holiday experience.

This home offers everything you could want and more, with amenities including pool, sauna and gym, you won't need to leave the building, but when you do, Glenelg will capture your heart, with its bustling collection of seaside activities, eateries, and shops, and the best beach in Adelaide!

Our apartment offers 3 double bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, quality linen and styling features to make you feel at home. We have 2 full bathrooms on offer too, with a jetted bathtub in the master ensuite and hairdryers, hair straighteners and all other amenities sorted for you! The floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartment provide dreamy views across to the Adelaide Hills and Glenelg beach, including stunning sunsets!

You will have access to the entire apartment as well as to the building facilities including the gym, pool, spa and sauna.

Guests can also park their car in the basement, the parking spots are numbered for your convenience.

Please note: the rooftop spa is not available however there is a gym pool, spa and sauna in the building for guest use!

Great Location.....but
We loved the location and the view. There are way more positives than negatives. The only two negatives we had were that it is odd to have a bedroom upstairs without a bathroom and toilet. Perhaps this should be made very clear when advertising the property as the spiral staircase makes for an accident waiting to happen should you need to come downstairs in the middle of the night. And the other negative is the carpet, please arrange to have the carpets cleaned throughout as they are very dirty. We would stay again if you would have us. Thank you 😊

SA glenelg holiday stay
This property is not modern like in the photos , there are no TVs in any bedrooms like you would have in a good hotel Leta loan something that is advertised as a penthouse !! There was no milk in fridge to start off our stay , there was no bin liner in the bin or any sort of welcome package you would get with a penthouse apartment, the main bed was upstairs and had no toilet or o suite? The outdoor are had an old not working spar and it had green scum water in it , the carpet inside main living was so dirty that our feet went brown with dirt if we did not were shoes , overall not worth the money we paid , this is at best a top floor unit in a good location , needs a major overhaul to be anywhere near the price , the add is massively photoshopped.

Perfect location and views
Property promised and delivered a lot .The double level meant fantastic views of city to beach of Glenelg . It was located short walk from beach and many restaurants. It was missing a set of instructions on how to operate the air conditioning.unfortunately the owners have chosen to lock all the wardrobes in the top bedroom so there was no hanging space. As we were in Adelaide as guests for a wedding we did not have sufficient space to hang the long gowns for the ceremony.So would we go back there. yes but would need assurance that a couple more of the 30 plus locked clothes hanging spaces were unlocked for guest use.
