The Space:

One large bedroom with a comfortable queensize bed, a second open bedroom area with single bunk beds, additional lounge area. Porter cot and high chair available on request if available.
The home also has a private secure backyard with a laundry including washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Sleeping up to 4 persons (and up to 2 well behaved fur babies on request - fee applies).
Guest Access:
Key Access is on site, so you never have to be stuck waiting for someone to let you in, but if you do have any issues at all, the Hello team are available 24 hours for any emergencies that may arise.
The Neighborhood:
Glenelg South is a quiet and safe suburb with walking distances to the beach, cafes, restaurants and hotels. There is a little shopping centre only a few hundred meters up the road with a Foodland, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser etc.
Getting Around:
Only a 10 min walk to Jetty Road, Glenelg shopping precinct with shops, cafes, bars, restaurant, fashion and the tram to travel into Adelaide CBD (30 min). 15 min drive to the Airport. 5 min walk to Somerton Park Tennis. 45 min drive to lovely McLaren Vale vineyards and 1 hr drive to Barossa Valley.
Other Things to Note:
No parking on property - street parking is readily available right outside your door and has no time restrictions.
Reverse cycle Air-conditioner is located in lounge room only. Additional portable heaters provided.
1 small-medium sized house trained dog is allowed upon request. If you are travelling with a pet, please advise us when making your booking, as there is an additional pet stay fee of $50 applicable. Pets are not allowed on beds, carpeted rooms or soft furnishings.
Please note that our lawnmower contractor attends to the property every 3-4 weeks on a Thursday after 9am. As this can depend on weather conditions, we cannot advise in advance which day they will attend, however they knock at the door just to let guests know they are there before entering the backyard.
