You will find this house a great base for touring the Fleurieu Peninsula, McLaren Vale or any of the Southern Adelaide Beaches.
You could explore the Coast Park Pathway, Ride the Coast to Vines Trail to Willunga (via a Winery or two) or take the short stroll to the stunning Moana beach all whilst staying in Metropolitan Adelaide.
Seaford Shopping Centre is moments away, as is the Seaford Train Station and the Southern Expressway is not far making the rest of Adelaide very accessible.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 is a lowline bunk with trundle bed (3 single beds).
Linen is included for the number of guests booked.
There are also some guest beach towels.
A portacot and high chair can be made available.
The bathroom has been recently renovated with vanity and shower (No Bath).
The separate toilet has been updated.
The laundry is equipped with a new front loader washing machine and recently updated cupboards and sink.
An iron and ironing board are in the wardrobe of 2nd bedroom.
There are 2 main living areas inside the home.
The separate, carpeted, lounge features a flat screen TV and play mat for kids (made from non-toxic waterproof polyurethane and cleaned between guests).
The main living area includes a comfortable leather lounge with flat screen smart TV with soundbar.
Currently there is no Wifi available at the house.
No smoking permitted.
The dining area, with a table that seats 6 comfortably, leads into the fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of bench and storage space.
There is a toaster, kettle, rice cooker, microwave, Nespresso Pod machine and dishwasher.
The drawers have plenty of dining ware and melamine plates, bowls and cups.
A selection of teabags and Nespresso pods will be made available to guests.
The kitchen features a Gas cooktop with Electric oven and a window that overlooks the patio area and rear yard.
The Patio has a large Jarrah dining table with 6x bench seats, each seating 2 comfortably.
The back shed has been converted into somewhat of a games room and BBQ area. It features a small portable Gas BBQ and a Table Tennis Table.
There is also a beautiful section of flat grass and the yard is fully fenced.
The property is being cleaned thoroughly and at least vacant for 24 hours between guests.
As part of the booking process we are taking a bond to help ensure a respectful standard of care for the property is maintained.
There is to be no house parties whilst at the property and will result in forfeiting of your bond. Reminder this is a non-smoking house.
