A very nice, comfortable room with spa. Meals were delicious. Room service option could be advertised in room with a menu. There was no information about this and also never saw the pool that was mentioned at check in. It would be good when booking to be notified re climbing stairs with baggage. Not everyone can do this. Also I didn't realise when booking that the breakfast is only served on weekends so that was a tad inconvenient having to organise another option on a work day.

The manager.was very rude. The night staff was really rude. We were harassed at midnight, at car park by the manager. Ppl smoking at family area. Very rude staff over all. It seems like they dont know how to behave in a multicultural environment. I complained at the reception but not sure if the complaint will be registered. Expedia miss guided us. Also Expedia is not reliable servise.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and seeing the ducks in the pond under the willow trees are so lovely. Not the most disability accessible property, however, and some of the rooms smell a bit musky.

The property was clean and it had a great indoor clean and clear heated pool. Very good meals provided in the restaurant. Most disturbing was the hot water taps hammering when turned on, even in adjoining rooms. All hours of the night. Should be an easy fix.

We did have everything we needed and it was generally clean. Was a little disappointed at the response to the fact there was vermin nesting in the ceiling that screeched all night. Its a little hard to believe this would have been something they didnt already have knowledge of

Large room, bed was very comfortable, indoor pool, dining room, everything you needed in the one spot.. Staff where terrific, especially Damian 😁 we stayed 2 nights & will definitely be back
