"We had booked a family room for five people. The room was really spacious, clean, and above all, right. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for one night. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of cereals, spreads, and toppings. The location is excellent – right on the edge of the pedestrian zone.

"Stayed with family and was very convenient with tram access just around the corner. Though on a quieter area, which I liked but was not the happening area of town if you are looking for that .
Breakfast was the best I have had in a regular hotel!
The free mini bar in the room was an additional perk and the kids enjoyed it !

Breakfast slight crowded but variety of good food . Room closed to reception on next floor so very convenient. Tube station nearby helped so used every day . 4 stops took us to main part of town where your buses start . Lots of good food places nearby . Reception staff exceptionally helpful . Gave us all information we needed about daily travel . Also booked taxis to station easily and quick arrival across road . . Excellent location of hotel . "
