Lovely hotel
The hotel has a mix of apartments and regular rooms which are small but very well organized and up to date. Our bed was a comfortable king in a standard room which had a cathedral ceiling with a fan, no AC which was needed on day 1 our stay but not day2 ( early September). An extra fan was provided. Windows provided a lovely breeze.Location on the main square proved to be very quiet. An excellent restaurant - MUMM is around the corner. The hotel has a cafe that serves lunch and dinner. Breakfast is not extensive but tasty. We recommend this hotel.

The hospitality was unlike anything we've experienced before. Gunnar went above and way beyond to make our stay excellent. The café is so lovely and absolutely delicious. We had dinner there both evenings because we loved it so much.

The Best Lodging on Ærø
If you want a wonderful stay in a clean, well decorated and very hospitable environment this is the place. På Torvet is one of the best lodgings we’ve ever stayed.

We liked everything about the property and our stay. The space is beautiful, the food and drinks were stellar and everyone was kind. We were moved into an apartment space in the building with check in and restaurant. It very nice and had a lot of space (2 bedrooms). We very much enjoyed our short stay!

This is the perfect place to stay in Aero. Gunnar and the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the whole property is so picturesque. And the food was amazing. Highly recommend this place.
