"Well equipped apartments in a beautiful and tranquil setting amongst the trees & overlooking the sea. We had a wonderful week here, it is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and bus stop etc The apartments and the pool area are kept extremely clean. "Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. "We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour. We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect. In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"Lovely beautiful clean property with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Great location right in the heart of Skiathos town. Large comfortable bed, fridge, Nepresso coffee machine, ironing board, smart TV with Netflix, washing line, great shower and some crockery which we used to for breakfast on the balcony. Bottled water left in fridge when we arrived and on the final day some crisps left for us to enjoy. Definitely as good as the reviews say - we would stay again. Thank you."

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool.
