Newly furnished 1 BR condo with King bed and additional Queen sleeper sofa in living room, located in the gated community of Country Estates on Monkey Island. Minutes from Shangri-La, this condo is quiet and just outside of the busy marina area on the resort. It’s a peaceful escape after a busy day on the lake!

Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and coffee pod selection. Outdoor patio with seating area and space for grilling. Grill located in garage. Ground level, end unit, with no second floor. Driveway for parking one car and more free parking on premises. Amenities in this gated community include an outdoor pool and basketball court, tennis court, coin laundry, as well as golf course access (golf is an additional fee).

Just 1/2 mile from the Shangri-La resort with free public access to The Anchor, which includes lakeside dining by the marina and arcade fun for the whole family. The Shangri-La resort amenities are open to the public for an additional fee, and include 27 holes of pristine lake-side golf (as well as golf simulators), tennis, pickle ball, spa services, and more. There are also plenty of free activities at The Anchor. Among those include basketball, whiffle ball, ping-pong and arcade games. Please inquire with the resort about pricing on all activities.

We used this unit as overflow for out of town family. It was absolutely perfect! My sister, her husband and my nephew said the beds were comfortable and they had everything they needed. The unit is an end unit and they said it was very private. The community was very quiet and well maintained. The owner was communicative and easy to work with! I would highly recommend!
