Le Tusco - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Agde, this charming studio to 300 meters of the beach of Richelieu, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 30 m ÂČ and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room of 20 mÂČ, an open kitchenette equipped, a bathroom. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 mÂČ with TV, two convertible sofas (double).
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- An enclosed balcony with dining area.
- A bathroom with bath and toilet.

Common area:
- A shared swimming pool (not heated), open from May, a small pool for children and a guard to secure the place (opening dates not contractual, subject to modification of the residence)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, iron.

The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. In the heart of Cap d'Agde, you will be only 50 meters walking distance from the private beach of the island, public transport and the town centre where you will find all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-markets, shops, restaurants, bars, markets and nightlife.

Activities :
- Relaxing on the private beach of the marina or water activities: boat trips, paddle, jet-ski etc..
- Visit of wine estates and tasting of regional products.
- Visit of the city of Agde : Cathedral Saint-Etienne, museums, river port etc..
- Hike to the Mont-Saint-Loup, Bagnas lock.
- Trips to the theatre, cinema and arenas, spa and balneotherapy.
- Aqualand Park, LunaPark, horse riding, Casino, paintball, bowling...
- Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Le Grau d'Agde, La TamassiĂšre, PĂ©zenas...
- Events: fireworks festival, wind festival, boat show, VinoCap, fishermen's festival...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the residence.

- Nearest train station: Agde train station located at 6 km (10 min by car).
- Nearest airport: BĂ©ziers-Cap d'Agde airport located 15 km away (16 min by car).

Le Tusco "Excellent with families with kids 🙂 The location was fantastic, all the attractions, Luna Park, Aqualand, Aquapark etc. were very close, perfect for families with children. Swimming pool was 20 meters far, big and clean. There is a supermarket just 2 min walking. The host was very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was very fast and parking was included, which made things even easier."

Tout est Ă  proximitĂ© et faisable Ă  pied. 🙁 Appartement trĂšs sale. Nous avons dormis la tĂȘte collĂ©e contre des matelas que douteux qui n’avaient pas leurs places ici. Nous avons pu faire des chĂąteaux de sable avec tout ce que nous avons trouvĂ© dans les canapĂ©s lits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. À savoir que nous avons payĂ© 25€ de frais de mĂ©nages et que nous avons du faire le mĂ©nage en arrivant et en repartant. MalgrĂ© les 25€ payĂ© on nous a stipulĂ© que nous devions rendre l’appartement propre alors que celui-ci ne l’était pas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. De plus, la tempĂ©rature dans l’appartement n’étais pas vivable, mĂȘme avec deux ventilateurs, qui ne fonctionnaient mĂȘme pas tous
