"The staffs made our stay warm. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and delicious. I especially enjoyed the freshly made watermelon juice. I slept soundly in my bed too. Thumbs up to the entire management."

Nice hotel but poorly trained staff
"Fridge in room didn't work & internet was not provided even though these were some of the amenities advertised. They sent a front desk staff who came, fiddled with fridge, but it never worked. Room was booked for 2 people, but they only gave me one towel. When I asked for a 2nd towel, they refused. ..."
