"We had a great stay house was really clean and comfortable but unfortunatly it is about 20 km from the train station as it says on website its 15 min walk so we had to get taxis in and out of town which was 30 euro each way Also they don't have credit card facilities so the money had to be revoluted or cash and we weren't informed of this untill day 2.."

"We booked this cozy cottage for two weeks in mid-October. Donna was wonderful. She reached out prior to the stay to chat through the VRBO site and as we got closer she shared things to do and see in Louisburgh and other close towns. We communicated through Whats App once we landed at Shannon Airport (2.5 hours away). She met us at the house to show us how to use the applicances, turn on the water to the showers, lock the doors, etc. She also had flowers and a card for our wedding anniversary...

"The photos do not do the cottage and surroundings justice as whilst they are spectacular the “real” thing is breathtaking. Everything you need is there. State of the art appliances, lots of cutlery and cookware and more than enough hot water. The log fire 🔥 is hypnotic and adds an extra ambience. "The views from the cottage are spectacular. The place was clean and John, the property manager, was available for questions. The steep, twisty driveway down to the property was a challenge at times. "Lovely house very spacious lots of room nice views and very close to Letter frack which is a charming village with a great pub, supermarket etc. charming. Immediately across the road from the house is snappy snappy food truck selling crab rolls with a view next to none. Our only problem was the traffic on the road which made it impossible to walk into letter frack or anywhere cars whizzing by on very narrow , windy roads. That was in August which was high season It may not be a problem...

We were told to contact Karen but no phone number left asking local neighbours did they now any phone numbers and one neighbour new the cleaner and she gave us the code to access the property. For the 4 days we were there nobody contacted us or check if we were even there So check in procedure very poor when you’ve been travelling 13hours"
