The check in process is a bit lengthy and officious but fine. Some of the rooms are near the cleaners store and we awoken at 8am with the cleaner banging around. "Excellent small and peaceful boutique hotel in a stunning location with beautiful views over the sea and a short walk to the beach in one direction and to the village in the other direction. "Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment. We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty. "One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. "IDI hotel was a perfect little gem. First and foremost, the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were always ready to assist. The rooms were very clean.
