My stay at this hotel in Plaka was nothing short of perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, and made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views that took my breath away every day. We enjoyed our stay at Blue Palace. The staff is very friendly - especially the parking staff. There are lots of dining options on the property. The location is great. It is close to Elounda/Plaka, but not too close so it still feels private/peaceful. It has tremendous potential. The breakfast buffet is great - tons of options. Our only complaint is that everything feels very dated. Also, the 'private' pools are not very private.

Good service, poor noise isolation
The location is amazing, got a beautiful view and nice swimming pool. The staff are very thoughtful and friendly, they have been well trained to provide high standard hospitality. The downside is the facility, the room is old and the noise isolation is none, you can easily hear every little noise from corridors and every little movement from upstairs, we have to wear earplugs all the nights to have a good sleep.

If you're going to be anywhere in the Mediterranean and or the Greek Islands, and are looking to escape, this is a great place to stay. Staff was attentive and accommodating, to say the least. Room was incredible. Two floors, one private balcony, one private pool. Room was on the top of the resort overlooking the water and Spinalonga island. Multiple restaurants on site. Private beach at the bottom. Spa. Don't need much else.

I never take the time to leave reviews, but for this property I will. It's a spectacular setting, like blow your mind, and the service was outstanding -- luxury all around. Small examples -- the piano playing durning the gorgeous breakfast, live music at night, the speed boat you can hire at the end of the dock. Rooms needs a tiny bit of updating so ask to stay in the newer part of the resort, which I didn't see but assume furniture and fixtures are a bit more to date. Other than that, I couldn't believe how incredible the place was for the price...
