Very clean property. Staff very friendly. Hotel is located not too far from wedding garden. Hence can be noisy. On my last night music was extremely loud up until about 12 midnight and couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

This property exceeded our expectations in every possible way. It was reasonably priced even including the add on of a room upgrade and dinner. The service was incredible. During our breakfast just before check out five of the staff can by to wish us good luck for the rest of our trip with a couple of pieces of cake. The live counters at the dining room and food were wonderful. Can’t sing their praises enough. Very highly recommend.

The room was good, big, clean and comfortable but I’m not sure if there was some issue with the air-con? It controlled the temperature of the room but there was a strong smell in my room like white spirit or some car fumes. The hotel was in need of some renovation, the carpets in the hallways had a lot of patch repairs, decor was also dated and damaged in places. When I went to dine in the evening on my first night it seemed like there was a child’s party event going on so there was a lot of kids running around screaming and yelling so I decided to eat out. The area is very run down, a lot of pollution in the air, foul drainage smell outside was very prominent. And you get harassed by rickshaw drivers the second you leave the hotel, you say no and they follow you up the road.

Hotel really needs better trained cleaning staff. Our room wasn’t very clean. There was a smell in the room, the bathroom was pretty dirty, and the carpet was really gross and had so many stains. The kitchen staff was very nice and kind. They are the best part of this hotel. Reception tried to compensate us by giving us free breakfast. I would definitely prefer a cleaner hotel room though.

Our bathroom smelled like urine, mirrors weren’t cleaned. Had horrible spa experience, massage therapist didn’t speak English and spa host tried to cheat us with pricing , as well as try to double charge my friends card. Not to mention I paid For my service and she told my friend her amount is high because it’s for two people. I paid My own spa bill and luckily was sitting there to call her out why is she trying to charge my friend for my service when I already Paid
