It was a pleasant start considering the price

The size, layout and look of the complex was lovely. The rooms however were a little tiered with marks on the walls and big chips out of paintwork, and our cupboards and draws wouldn't stay closed. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food was also very nice. Generally the cleanliness was ok but in the bathroom there was a heavy build up of dirt and mould along the seal at the base of the shower door and in the corner near by.

My eight and four year old kids loved the pool, the food … and so did my wife and I. Above all the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a delightful peaceful retreat after our somewhat stressful travels in India with kids. We could relax in the well kept gardens and pristine pool. The hotel itself is charming. It honors and reflects all of the diverse cultural influences shaping Goa. Parts of the old Portuguese house over which the hotel was built have been tastefully preserved and it’s heritage highlighted with colorful tiles.

Stunning location with amazing views coupled with Superb staff make your stay at this resort a memorable experience.

Property was very clean, rooms were spacious with all the facilities available. It’s a premium properly I didn’t feel anything missing here. Sinquerim beach Is at walking distance from the resort.
