Empty rooms were available because we got one after a lengthy discussion — we were already paying for another Casa Andina in Cusco. This seemed unnecessarily greedy of the company. "This place is loud. There are two restaurants licated at the hotel. One, at the front entrance and another in the corridor of the rooms.
