"When I picked this location I didn't know anything about the area and proximity to the sites we wanted to see. Having stayed here, I LOVED this house. However, I wasn't as close to the areas I wanted to be with this pick. The house is great. The property is just special. The owners are so nice. Having a dryer was a real treat. "La casa es estupenda, tal como aparece en las fotos. El apartamento es amplio, nuevo y comodo, hay una terraza con vista al jardín grande para comer-cenar a la sombra. La piscina y jacuzi con agua calentita. Hemos tenido suerte y casi no hemos coincidido con los otros huespedes (hay otros dos apartametos mas pequeños). Los dueños viven al lado y son siempre diponibles. Todo un lujo. Aveiro esta a 15min con el coche y la playa de barra a 20min. Supermercados cerca. Muy comodo. Super aconsejable."

"Fabulous home in a beautiful, serene valley. You will definitely feel the love when you arrive here. We were greeted by the whole family bearing, wine, charcuterie, and a pineapple upside down cake. It is always such an honor to stay in one of these family homesteads. Lots of space, beautiful décor, amazing landscaping and views of the village. Enjoy a walk along the river in the flowers and vineyards. This is a great place to relax."

"We were in town for a cousin's wedding and this house was perfect. It felt like home. The family had a great time. Lots of space both indoors and outside. Also, perfectly situated - less than 15min to Torreira (beach) and the same to most of the neighboring towns. Looking forward to going again next year."

"The property was everything expected and more. A great property enjoyed by all. Great common spaces and outdoor spaces. Beautiful area close to major beach."

"Check in was very simple. House looked exactly as the listing shows. It’s located super close to restaurants and downtown but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We had to park at a public parking area on the other side of the river and left our car there for a couple days. There was no issues with the parking besides it being about 5 minutes away. You can walk to everything in less time than you could drive. Beautiful town and great accommodations!"

"A well converted farmhouse and lovely garden. The house conversion still reflects the traditional theme. With little traffic in the street, it was really quiet and an extended garden gave more options to relax. And it is still close to the town of Aveiro."
