"Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay. "

"Unprofessional service, there’s only temporary parking until you check in, then they tell you to go park on the street but nobody tell you that you could be towed, 4 guys were at the entrance, not one helped with the luggage. There’s no WIFI and no Cable TV in the room"

They gave us lots of helpful advice, were very tolerant of our inquisitive kids - even taking them out for walks with their dog regularly and were always willing to lend us things to help make our stay and day trips out more comfortable. The house itself is also lovely. Some may find it a little small inside for five people, but the low ceilings only...

"We travelled as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The apartment is spacious and the views are amazing. We had an amazing family holiday. There are alot of steps and hills in this area, this did not bother us but for people not good on hills and steps might find this a struggle. We loved everything about this apartment and will definatley be returning. Greg was brillant to deal with from the beginning great communication. I would highly recommend this apartment if booking in this area....

"This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. "Perfect from start to finish. A modern, clean hotel with every facility you could need. Check in was quick & efficient, the lifts worked perfectly. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, the bathroom had a large walk in shower, water was lovely and hot and although we didn't use them, bath robes and slippers were provided. The towels were fluffy and soft. Tea & coffee provided free of charge and a well stocked mini bar (chargeable) The TV had a wide variety of channels and also provided information on all the facilities in the hotel. Hotel Bulgaria is perfectly situated for shops, bars and restaurants which are all within easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with every option you could ask for. The dining room is large and spacious and beautifully decorated and the staff are very attentive. Our only small 'niggle' was car parking spaces, we were very lucky and managed to get a space at the front of the hotel but friends had to park on the street nearby and pay for their stay. All in all though, an excellent hotel and more than worthy of it's 4 star rating! Would we stay again? Most definitely - we'll be back!"

"Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it ..."

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

Classic and comfortable in the heart of Burgas!

"Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool. "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"
