After waiting hours to be able to check in, our room key did not work. Our room did not have a refrigerator.

Crockfords is a great place to stay...5 star room and service. The staff are customer service oriented and experienced. The Valet parking is a bonus...fast and efficient. I can understand how there might be some peak times that could result in a delay. Resorts world is large and self contained. During our stay (late January) the resort was far from capacity...some restaurants had shortened hours or were closed. The RW location is at the North end of the strip but is still walkable to Fremont street or the other Strip properties.

Girls trip to see Shania Twain and the only lights that worked were the ones in the bathroom. The table lamp had one light bulb and it was very dim, the other small lamp didn’t turn on. We stayed one night and it was enough. Last year we had a beautiful room, thought I paid for the same year, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t. This was run of the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Conrad. Our room was comfortable and very nice. Great view of the strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was calm and quiet. We will stay again.

The bed side end table was sticky. The room did not have water nor coffee… i was a little annoyed with a lot of people hustling me….although they were very polite and nice. i was there mostly for business ….
