"The hotel was a lovely stay. Fantastic end to a hectic few days. Staff friendliness was good, especially on arrival and in the restaurant. Not so good in reception in the morning as they failed to even mention taking payment for airport drop off, and failed to realise whilst not included in booking was on paperwork as i had requested in the morning. Had a 30min spa treatment for both myself and wife, which was fantastic. One improvement would have been to have some relaxing music during the...
