"From the very start of booking, communication was excellent and fast in responding. We arrived with what felt like VIp service and security. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"The property was well kept in a very safe location. The only downside was there were many ants that kept coming in. Besides that, I would recommend the place and I would stay again."

"Very nice place, convenient for a family staying in Sonsonate. Very clean, the host was very communicative and allowed us to adjust the number of guests at the last minute. The hot water is sparse, but it wasn’t really an issue. Would definitely stay here again."

"El Rancho Paraiso is a stunning 5-star destination that I highly recommend. The property is breathtaking, offering beautiful grounds and extraordinary views. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 15. The A/C in every bedroom worked great. Excellent spot for a weekend getaway.

"I was in Guatemala for a few weeks to study Spanish, but I have Salvadoran friends, so I traveled to Santa Ana for a weekend so that I could visit them. Kali Hotel was a great spot. My shuttle arrived late on Friday, so the nearby shops and restaurants were closed, but the kitchen was still open and I was able to order an excellent dinner. My room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. In Guatemala I was living with a host family, so let me tell you, the bed and the shower in my room at the Kali Hotel were sheer delights. Hot water with solid pressure? A super comfortable mattress on a solid bed frame? Yes, please! The concierge was super responsive and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. The hotel is walking distance from popular sites and big markets. And, when I had to leave at an ungodly hour (3:30 A.M.) to catch my shuttle back to Guatemala, the security guard stood at the gate and chatted with me until the shuttle arrived so that I wouldn’t be out in the dark alone. 10/10 would recommend and I hope to come back some day. "

"It was a wonderful experience. We travel on January 2025, the hotel is beautiful, the staff was outstanding, the dinner exquisite and the view is a paradise. You can not appreciate the reality on the pictures that appears in the web. Highly recommended if you are looking for everything in just one place !!!! Do not miss the boat trip around the lake!!!"
