"After we left we were charged 200 euros claiming that two living room pillows were wet outside and on the door of a storage room that was broken before we arrived, half a bottle of wine and olive oil that turned out to belong to the villa owner and we were not told anything about it. We received a threat that they would turn to the police and a lawyer. It's just a disgrace to charge such a large sum for such small things"

"Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!!
