No elevator, the bathroom was very dirty. Hair all over. The bed has a very bad squeak. The bath mat was so dirty that it could not be used. Overall this is not a place I would recommend or stay at again.

Staff was nice and courteous however room was falling apart. First room they gave us wasn’t cleaned, so we got another one. Second room wasn’t much better. Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, the bedspread had what looked like a cigarette burn hole and the shower was not cleaned well.

We found 3 dead bugs in our room. The shower had pink rings like if hadn’t been washed in weeks. The floor was super sticky with stains very clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Asked to change rooms but nothing was available. This was after we asked for a second cleaning as well. Property is filthy and nothing was done to improve our stay. We left immediately.

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not up to par. I had to clean and sanitize my bathroom. There was makeup still on the countertops, the tub has dye residue and looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. The floor had not been swept in the bathroom as there was still hair under the sink. I cannot recommend this hotel at this time.

Barely got my bags to the room before I decided I couldn’t stay there. The outside looks decent but as soon as you enter the lobby you are hit with a smell that continues through the whole property. Every single piece of linen on the bed was dirty and the bathroom had tons of what looked like spray foam/insulation along the border. Immediately took my bag out to the car and booked another stay.

The non-smoking room smelled heavily like smoke, there was a dog in the room right across from me, barking and whining, and no one would answer at the front desk when I called repeatedly. I probably will not stay at this hotel again. Very dissatisfied.
