"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. "We arrived quite early, not expecting that we could check in to the room. The checkin was efficient and we were given the room key within 10 minutes. Several reviews were critical of the wifi service in the guest rooms. We experienced reliable service and were able to stream videos. Also the hotel lives up to its name - it is very clean!"
